I can only hope I have kids this cool when I have then.

In the spirit of catching up on blogging, I have another story to share with you all. A few weeks back I got invited to beta test a new GPS device (sorry, can’t give any more details). For the record, it kicks SO much ass! The bad new is, it was stolen from my car.

Amy took off to the gym for a short workout and decided it would be ok to leave the device attached and in sight because she would not be gone long. She was parked near a major street in a very busy area of town (outside a 16 theater cinema) and when she got back to the car, the window had been smashed and the device was missing! DAMN IT!

Now you may be confused after reading the title of this blog post (ha ha stupid thieves) as to why I would have named this post that way… so let me tell you.

1. I made a call to the the device company and the disabled it immediately. So all the thieves got was a paper weight
2. Amy opted in to the window break insurance when we got our new car. Cheap repair = happy ferf
3. Finally, the kicker. We had loaded 3 of our Macintosh laptops into a bag in the back of our SUV. Amy had actually stopped at the gym on the way TO the Apple store! If the thieves would have opened their eyes, they could have had $5k worth of easy to sell laptops without any more effort.

So I repeat. HA HA! Stupid Thieves!!

The fun never ends in the home of Chris and Amy Mac! A quick snap of Ryan and I building a new set for a project Amy  is about to start. Yes, we really do live in a studio. :)

Well, Amy and I celebrated 6 years of marriage on August 4th. I can not believe 6 years have gone by already, but they have been the best 6 years. Together we have graduated college, traveled to Chicago for Amy to dance hip-hop and ballet, started a successful internet t-shirt printing business,  created Podcast Alley, helped form PodShow, produced 300+ episodes of Fitness Attack, Assercize, Fit Life and other shows just to name a few our more significant endeavors. But more importantly than all of this, we have enjoyed each others company. From Indiana to Chicago to Tennessee to California we have challenged, entertained and loved each other more and more as the days go by. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to wander through the world with :)

Well… enough of that, the photo above was taken on our anniversary where Amy and I hiked the Coastal Trail near Muir Beach in California. It was really foggy but spending time with each other meandering through the cliffs and along the ocean for the day was exactly what the doctor ordered. We spent the next day at a local bed and breakfast (click the photo to see our pictures of the inn) relaxing by the fire and enjoying the company of older couples from around the globe. [deep breath]
